New Zealand artists Aroha Lewin and Zekiah Heath collaborated on this range of quirky ceramics - a collection called Alice in Wonderland - for creative collective MoAD (Ministry for Art & Design). Very cool (and nice styling in the photos too).

How happy do those ceramics look against that beautiful white background?! Love it.
ReplyDeleteP.S Thank you for your lovely comment on my blog x
Unfortunately a direct copy from, I think its an areaware shoot. Takes the shine off it completely for me. And saw some of the work in the flesh... Sorry I just think the work could be smarter- its powder coated found objects - whip-dee-doo!
ReplyDeleteCould it just be that two smart young NZ lasses had a smart idea? I think so! We're not into stealing ideas, just creating them. I do love how naive some people can be about the ease in creating a collection like this, its hard work and not something any old muppet could come up with. Such a shame to see a hater on innovation in NZ.
